We avoided this ice cream place, right around the corner from our house, because we didn't want Ark Boy to realize that ice cream was so accessible.
At the end of last summer I wanted to recreate a memory I had of being woken in the "middle" of the night for an ice cream run. I reasoned that Sunshine Creamery would only be open for a little bit longer in the season and wouldn't be open before we moved this year.
I was wrong.
It opened at the end of March!
We have been taking full advantage.
Oh! We'll miss the Sunshine Creamery!
